Professional Commentary
This resource is from the official State of Michigan website and provides four recollections from people who lived through the Great Depression. These reminiscences were published in Michigan History Magazine, January-February, 1982. These memoirs could be used to enhance a lecture or lesson about the Great Depression and may even be used as a basis of an oral history project on the topic.
