This resource can help the career-technical teacher understand and evaluate programs involving technology use. The resource applies a model to describe four possible interactions between technology and learning. For the model a four block diagram illustrates the interplay between one continuum showing the progression from low to high technology performance and a second continuum showing the transition from passive to engaged and sustained student learning.
